HazelSTRATFORD12th September, passed away suddenly at home.
Wife of the late Tony, loved cousin of Christine and Patricia. Funeral service will take place at St. Michael's Church, Ditchfield Road Hough Green at 12 noon on Wednesday 8th October followed by a committal at Widnes Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations will be greatly received to British Heart Foundation and Whiston Hospital.
